Dobromin

Our values

Help freely given. Help freely received.

In every community, people carry different things skills to share, time to give, needs they haven't voiced yet. Dobromin was built for those who want to help and those who need it, without pressure, without obligation, and without debt.

Five things we never compromise on

01/

Only services. No goods.

What you bring here is your time, your skills, and your knowledge. Nothing physical, nothing with a price tag. The moment goods enter the exchange, the nature of it changes.

02/

No money inside the platform.

No transactions, no payments, no invoicing. Dobromin is not a marketplace. If money is involved, it belongs elsewhere. Here, the only currency is willingness.

03/

No forced equivalence.

A lawyer's hour is not worth more than a cleaner's hour. Services don't need to match in size, time, or perceived value. The only thing that matters is that both people agreed.

04/

Agreement ≠ contract.

You made a commitment, not a legally binding obligation. If something changes your situation, your capacity, your circumstances say so honestly. A clear 'I can't' is more respectful than silence.

05/

Reputation is more important than speed.

Better to help fewer people well than many people badly. Showing up as promised, communicating clearly, and being honest when you can't — that's what builds trust.

How we show up.

These aren't policies. They're how people in Dobromin choose to treat each other not because they have to, but because they want to.

1

Help is a choice, not an obligation.

In Dobromin, no one owes anyone anything. You help when you have the resources, when you're ready, when you feel it's appropriate.

2

We don't measure pain here.

Diminishing someone else's situation, comparing losses, or using the war as an argument for pressure none of that belongs here.

3

Only services, not resources.

Dobromin is about time, knowledge, attention, and skills not money, not physical items, not donations. Help comes through action, not through the wallet.

4

Exchange is equality, not compensation.

If people agree on mutual help it's not repayment and not a trade. You can help without expectation, or agree on a reciprocal action. Help does not create debt.
